Returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving your item

In order to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

If you would like to request a refund, please use our Return Request Form Here or contact us at hello@bathandbeautyco.com.au. Once your return request has been reviewed, if approved, we will get in touch with instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
As soon as you receive your order, please inspect it and let us know if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened products, sale items or gift cards or any item outside of the 30 day return window, or items without an invoice/proof of purchase.

Stockist returns & refunds
If you have purchased one of our products from an official Stockist, please refer to their returns policy and follow their return & refund process. We do not accept returns on behalf of our Stockists.

Exchanges
When exchanging an item, the fastest method is to start a Returns request, once approved, purchase the new item separately. This will assure that you get what you want as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Your original payment method will be automatically refunded if your refund request is approved. You should keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
